Estates & Mobile Homes Policy

Beginning July 3, 2023, The Title Group and its subsidiaries will no longer accept orders for transactions that involve either an Estate or a Manufactured Home unless The Title Group, or one of its subsidiaries, represents the Seller’s side of the transaction or unless the Seller’s side of the transaction, including the Seller and his/her/their Title Agent, agree in writing to allow The Title Group, and its subsidiaries, to contact and communicate with the Seller for the purpose of determining and clearing title requirements to insure. In either case, additional estate/mobile home review fees and expenses necessary to underwrite the file will be billed to the Seller and paid to The Title Group, or one of its subsidiaries.
